Okay, it's not the newest complex, but the apartments are well-laid out and well-maintained. The management is wonderful -- they're responsive, solicitious and caring. Any additional accoutrements such as new paint, ceiling fans, shower rails, etc. are there for the asking. And maintenance -- 24 hour resolution guaranteed. 20-years of living in apartments across the country, and we've never had such a wonderful experience!
