lived there last year (2001) for six months while working in the area... there is a premium for a short-term lease, but that's typical... because of family emergency had to leave a month before expected, but they were cool about it... excellent maintenance service, no parking troubles, no noise from neighbors, convenient to shopping (walk to b&n, best buy, rtc, etc.. just across the street)... i'm coming back and will probably stay there again, although i'll check out reston landing which has slightly edged it out in the reviews here...
