I wrote Summit a good review in 8/02, but my opinion of Summit has since declined

-We have had people out to fix our sink 3 times, and I have no doubts that it will break again.

-Four days after the big snowstorm much of the parking lot had not been cleared out. When asked when this would be done they suggested that I could put my name on the list for a shovel. Snow removal is not my job, it's theirs.

-The computer in the business center doesn't work. The last time I have been down there when it was working was 5 months ago. It has been a different excuse every time.

I can't wait to move out and I wouldn't recommend Summit to anybody. Don't be fooled.
