I lived here for 1 year and we didnt have any huge maintenance issues and the apartment was mediocre.

However, the leasing office staff was definitely less than professional and helped make that year incredibly annoying.

1) They misplaced our rent check on 2 separate occasions.



2) When we did have maintenance issues, we always had to call at least 2 times if not more before anything would get fixed.



3) And the most annoying thing: At the summer pool party, in a raffle drawing, my roommate and I won 1 month of free rent.

We were absolutely ecstatic! They took down our information and said that the next months rent would be free (yay!).

However, 6 days after the standard due date for the rent the next month, we got a message telling us that our rent was overdue and now we have to pay the late fee.

So I immediately called to tell them that we were the ones who won the free rent at the party and they had no idea what I was talking about and it was obvious that they thought I was lying.

So, finally, 2 days later, I got to speak with the property manager to apologized and told me that it would be taken care of.

However, 4 months later when we moved out, instead of sending us our security deposit, they send us a bill (minus our security deposit) for the "free" month of rent, which obviously have never been accounted for properly.

It took 2 months to get it straightened out and get our security deposit back.



So overall, it was not the worst place to live, but for the money they charge, there are better deals elsewhere.
