I couldn?t be more unsatisfied with Summit Reston. I moved in December of 2002 to an apartment that was completely disgusting. The carpets were black around all the edges, the bathroom was gross, and the kitchen cabinets had the most awful smell in them that we couldn?t get rid of no matter what we tried. We repeatedly contacted the front office and told them how unhappy we were but could get almost no response from them. Finally we threatened to move out and they gave us another apartment.

While this apartment was much cleaner, we continued to have problems. Our dryer broke and we couldn?t get anyone to replace it for over three weeks. Our air condition broke and we had to beg them to put us on the emergency repair list since it was under 90 degrees outside. The noise level within the complex was horrible. You could hear loud music or people yelling quite often.

During winter, it took them days to get the parking lot clean enough to drive a car on. The sidewalks didn?t get scraped until the snow melted. The people working in the office are not helpful whatsoever. The only way to get anything done was to go in and throw a fit. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
