Back in 2000 when we first moved in to the Summit, Reston this complex was well maintained and the service was exceptional.

Management and customer service started to degrade starting in the mid part of 2001.

Since October of 2002 the service provided by management and maintenance is one of disrespect, discourtesy, callousness and ambivalence.
