For the premium price, there aren't many premium features to be had. Summit policies are executed with an iron fist. Rent late one day incurs a full 10% penalty ($130 for 1br/1b), no exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Maintenance is poor. Problems get patched, not fixed, and are almost guaranteed to reoccur. Switching to a month-to-month lease will cost you $100/mo. plus rent is periodically raised to 'market rate'. Overall a decent community, but for the price you're paying .. you could do better.
