All of the comments you may have read in other posts regarding poor maintenance and shoddy appliances are true.

Maintenance is slow and we had lots of problems with our appliances as well as with leaks and other problems with the apartment that took a long time to get resolved.

Unless the price is right for you and you don't mind sacrificing aesthetics and comfort, I'd look elsewhere in Reston.
