Administration is very poor

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 

I have the worst expereince dealing with apartment office people.

Everytime when you talk to the office they just listen but no action.

When ever you ask something they just blame on corporate office.

I am sick and tired of dealing with them.



I think the corporate office should do something otherwise they will loose all the customers in the future.

I think they are also not interested.

So why cant they close the business!!!

The apartment is really nice to live.
