They'd need a whole construction crew to make this place nice again

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
First, they never fix anything or keep up the landscaping.
The neighborhood is going downhill, once there was a car up on blocks for about a month in the parking area.
They plowed when it snowed last year, this year looks like they just expected people to stay in.
The staff used to be friendly; now they just act exasperated whenever you walk in there -- even if it's just to pick up a package or something.
The office staff tends to "lose" maintenance orders and none of the appliances are in good shape when you move in.
Among my unique annoyances are: dryer sounds like a tank and takes 3 cycles to dry anything, dishwasher knob fell off the first time I used it.
I don't know who's put the positive posts up on here (seems like every negative one is followed by a positive one, no accusations there) but they must be living in the "model" section of the complex because the rest of the place sure isn't like that.
Can't wait to move on from this place.
