Only live on top floor

I like the apartment, neighbors, etc. The only complaint I have is that I live on the 3rd floor so I hear my neighbor above me - everywhere she walks. The floors are very thin. If I lived on the top floor though, I'd re-rent in a heartbeat! The location is fabulous! The free membership to Gold's Gym is a plus as well!
