Horrible - Worst - Apartments ever lived

Horrible maintenance !! Will not change any thing once you signed the lease...will promise all sort of things before.

Did not change Washer/Dryer for almost a year.

Complained for about 8 times.

No SNOW CLEANING.

Shanon, the main person in the office is a horrible lady...seems like a RACIST.

Can not talk to KRIS the manager even if its big problem...the people in the office say that you can not get an appointment...they don?t say when he is available or so...just say that you can not talk to him.

Took 1 month to include my friend in the lease.

Price increased to extend the lease.

HUGE Transfer fees apply if you want to extend the lease.

They make their own rules.

Corporate will not take care of it.

May be the whole SUMMIT APARTMENT sucks.
