This is the worst apartment I had lived so far. The management changes every month. So they know nothing if you had requested maintenance. They don't cleanup side walks in winter. In spring the apartment is flooded with bugs and no action from the management.
They raise rent every year and the raise is pretty high when compared to other apartments. If you break your lease they include new clause on the fly, which they would have never mentioned to you.
Well they are a lot of new apartments in the vicinity. You would rent in Summit only if you are an idiot.
