Awful - Very Disappointing

Every "poor" rating this complex has been given is well deserved.

Maintenance requests go unanswered for months, management cares less about your concerns or safety, and the apartment is falling apart.

MAJOR SPIDER PROBLEMS...

might be due to the fact they can't fix the weatherstripping on the door, or the fireplace opening, or the many other problems.



Especially since this place is NO BARGAIN in price compared to a nice place like St.

John's Woods or others, I would STAY AWAY
