I currently live at Summit Reston. I had lived in three other apartment communties prior to moving to Summit.

The Summit Reston staff have more than exceeded my expectations. I called in shortly after I moved in that my hot water didn't seem very hot. I had phoned in at 9:15am by 9:35am a technician was knocking at my door to fix the problem, he fixed the problem in 15 minutes and withing 35 minutes I had hot water! The tech, Dan was very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. It has worked well ever since.

They have several times delivered packages that have arrived by UPS to my apartment.

Anytime I enter the clubhouse/rental office for any reason the Manager always remembers my name and where I live. I know they have more than 400 apartments, yet they work hard to know everyone by name and not apartment number.

A neighbor was recently very ill with pneumonia when she couldn't get out of bed to even get her medication. She told me the Manager went to get her prescription from the drugstore. She even gave her the medication and came back several times to check on her.

These people really care about their residents!
