It's true.

This is not a very well kept property.

I don't think I'd recommend that anyone I know would want to live here unless it's because they have somehow fallen on hard times and there is nothing better to rent.

Renting, anyway, feh.

But, for this, I would not want to see anyone nice or even polite take.
