I lived here for 9 months, until just after the new management took over, so I can't comment on them, besides a mix up with my last rent check they seem competent and friendly and gave me a month to month lease at the same rate. Also, I can say they have posted their intent to do the place up a bit - it needs it after 18 years.

The appliances all worked but were quite old - I had no noise from my neighbors, though a frind did say he had a lot of noise from above him (I was top floor).

The rent was very reasonable for the area and is very well located for access to the town center and the Spectrum Center.
