I have been living at Summit Reston for almost a year and have enjoyed it immensely. My apartment is right across the street from my favorite place..Starbucks and Barnes and Noble. I can also walk to the Public Library, movie theaters and many shops. I can't wait for the new Harris Teeter grocery store to open.

I have had very few problems in my apartment home, but when I do I call the office and the servicemen have it fixed by the time I get home!

I often receive packages and they hold them in the rental office for me. Nearly everytime I come to pick them up someone helps me carry them to my car.

They also have a computer in a resident business area that I have used extensively for research recently since mine was on the blink.

I am definitely going to renew my lease when expires in October and would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in Reston.
