Just in case you are looking into purchasing a condo, the Summit is now Parc Reston. I know three people who have lived at The Summit. And they all complain of the same thing -- Loud noise. You can even hear the person above you flush the toilet. Just a word of warning for those looking to purchase a condo. I'd look elsewhere.

Yep...this is exactly what I've heard from several friends who either lived there or have visited the complex. It's loud !!
