I had very high hopes when I moved into the Metropolitan a year ago, I was very disappointed with the service and the building. In my year at the Met, there were several major inconveniences that took place including being stuck in the elevator for 2 hours, having the front desk lose a very important package that the concierge signed for and never delivered, having regular gas outages and HVAC problems, and routine maintenance work on a brand new building such as the parking garage being broken regularly.
