The energy efficiency of these appartments are about as good as it gets. You do pay for Water/Heat/Cooling however at minimal cost. The staff is great, place clean. The common area maintenance has issues for the money. The garage door cannot keep up with the traffic (not the staff's fault). The elevators have very little down time, but other stuff like the jacuzzi is often out of service. Like anywhere else, people can be a problem but this place is better than most. My upstairs neighbor makes noise that can be easily heard through the thick concrete floors.
