I moved in here about 6 months ago... agreed it was the most expensive apartment I saw in the area, but at the time they had a special and I took advantage of that...so far my experience here has been nothing short of charming. I decided to write this review by listing pros and cons, and honestly I can't think of any more cons than the ones I've put down here... atleast from my experience here.
Pros: Amazing location in the RTC with some real nice restaurants within a 2-5 min walking dist, beautiful building, great gym, rooftop pool, private theater room that you can rent at no charge to you for upto 4 hours, rooftop lounge/party area that you can rent, free wi-fi on the rooftop, pool table in a rec room/lounge on the roopftop level with a large lcd tv, 24-hr doorman, secure entrance to the bldng with a clicker, secure underground 4-storey garage with plenty of parking, beautiful new appliances, doorman signs for and picks up packages and email-notifies you (very safe and convenient), an internet cafe with a printer/fax, an ATM right in the bldg, periodic parties with free food and booze! - its been about 6 months since I moved here, and already the mgmt's thrown a rooftop pool party, a halloween party and a thanksgiving party!
Cons: rent pretty expensive - but you pay for the RTC location, an extra $75 for an extra parking spot (a 2br comes with only 1 free spot), common amenities are out of order quite a bit (garage door, rooftop free wi-fi), thin walls freely allow for sound to permeate (dont play loud music!)...
Bottom-line: All-in-all, its a wonderful place to be *if you can afford it*.
they even give you some sort of credit towards buying a condo in one of their properties (for e.g. the beautiful Midtown Condos, across the street)and the value of that credit is based on how long you live here...
I'm giving it at high rating now based on my experience here, but you can be sure I'll come back and give it a bad rating if something goes wrong!

I bet you will be back giving it a bad rating when you move out! They charge you for unknown fees! I have spoken with other tenants that have moved out as well and they were all magically charged for some "damage" fees which coincidentally were all the same charges. We all ended up paying the same amount upon move-out. Imagine that!! Good Luck!
