I moved in here February of 2008 and enjoyed it immensely. Pros and cons are listed below:
Pros
Floor to ceiling windows offer great views (even from the 4th floor!)
Staff is friendly and curteous, from the front door attendant to the building manager.
Amenities are nice, and no over-the-top wait times for such a large building.
The surrounding neighborhood offers a multitude of options for dining and entertainment all within walking distance.
Proximity to the Toll Road is a godsend.
I always felt safe when I was there and in the surrounding neighborhood.
Cons
Rent is pricey, and $75 for an extra parking space in a garage that a) practically never had a working door and b) was never full is a bit off-putting.
High winds can be heard due to the tunnel effect in the area, and it can be disconcerting to feel the building moving althought the spooky sounds were great during scary movies. ;)
You can smell what your neighbors are cooking down the hall, both good and bad.
You can hear what other residents are fighting about.
Moving into and out of the complex can be a complete pain in the ass due to required elevator reservations for anything bigger than a chair, although most people didn't mind sharing if you ran over your time.
Business center needs software upgrades for most installed software (Adobe PDF's should print 99.9% of the time, I got about 75%)
Overall, good recommendation!
