I've lived here a year, and I haven't had any issues. The views are spectacular and the amenities are great. The apartments are pricey, but living at the RTC has been worth it. The front desk has always been helpful, and I've never had a major issue. Happy with the quality of the apartment's fit and finish. Utilities are shockingly low, a good $50/$100 less than what I was expecting to pay (electric/water).
Only issues have been that the garage door is broken, and has been for most of my stay here, but other than that I would definitely recommend the MetReston.
