Management could absolutely care less!! Treated completely differently as a prospective renter versus a current renter. Know I was not alone, often overheard other upset residents attempting (unsuccessfully) to draw any semblance of assistance from Management. Cannot expect much more as Kelter hires young, inexperienced, unprofessional and frankly extremely immature management staff inexpensively. They will not go out of their way, in any way, for you at any time. Despite garage door broken most of the time, you are still billed for your this completely non secure parking (addtl $75 per addtl space). Forget to display your tag, you will be towed (must pay $300 to get your vehicle back), neighbors very audible, profanity carved into elevator walls, dogs everywhere (jumping on you in elevators), specials offered to new residents while rent is raised for current residents. I could go on and on.
