Management was ok, although they never gave me a copy of my lease through my 9-month term. I lived on the top floor so I really wasn't bothered. The one thing that did piss me off was, I wasn't explained the parking policies. After driving 8 hours in the night from Charlotte and parking my packed car and rented SUV, we only awoke in the morning to find them towed (thankfully they weren't stolen as we originally thought). We paid the cash to have the cars released and the apartment management reimbursed us. All of this could've been prevented if we were told about the policy and if some guest passes were left, or if we were told about guest spots. On a bright note however, since we arrived after 1am, I had requested that the keys be left in the apartment unlocked so that we didn't have to spring the cash for a hotel room. This did make it a little easier. The insulation of the apartment sucked, but then again, its much older than most of the newer models.
