I've lived in the worst of 'em, and this dump ranks high on the scale of suckdom. The neighbors are disrespectful and loud. It is WORSE than my collge apartments -- ALL OF THEM. To compound the problem, you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in any adjoining unit. This is due to the fact that the buidling materials selected were obviously whatever was the absolute cheapest they could get their hands on. Nothing is plumb, and ALL of the fixtures are outdated junk.

The whole place is filthy, and you can't open the windows cuz it smells like shizznit from all the trash, ethnic "food", and illegal BBQs billowing out black sooty smoke. Drug deals are constantly going down in the lots, and the cops are there on a nightly basis busting up some sort of disturbance. You might be able to park closer to your apartment if there wasn't an overabundance of "people" taking up 3 spots to work on their retarded green rice-mobiles, while drinking Coronas, and playing loud music. Fuggin horrible. STAY AWAY!
