If you dont care about management doing their part, all you want is a place to put your ---- and dont have friends over, want to hear the neighbors fight, domestic violence, no parking and kids running rampant in the parkingl ot,hitting your car with sticks, kids play in the hall, water in walls, maintenece men that don't know what they are doing, management that is rude, racist, and rent rates that are 50% higher then what you are getting in return.

No professional people live here, this is like a trailor part and so is management.
