Not a nice place. Some of the tenants are very mean. Not well kept and apartments are very old and rickety. I was transferred from a previous unit when the carpets hadn't been cleaned and bed bugs were found all over the apartment. Complex gave me a month free rent but wouldn't pay for damages to beds and furniture. Moved us into a new unit and the stove didn't work when we got there. Leaky faucets and water damage from the sink backing up. Utilities run around $35 for water/sewer and $110 for Electric.
