Waterside is a below average residential property that was bearable with the old management. With the new manager - Christy -resident satisfaction is not on her agenda.

Even if you do manage to have a decent stay in this place, more fun awaits when you leave and have to interact with the corporate office of Equity Residential.
They will try and strip you of every penny possible in termination/damage charges, and will wait only 2 weeks before reporting you to credit bureaus. They are extremely rude on the phone, it makes you wonder what Equity is doing in a consumer relation centric business.
I will never rent at a Equity property again, and advice everyone to stay away from these Nazis.
