After one year at Waterside, I am eagerly packing and am ready to move. The noise level is RIDICULOUS. Most mornings are interrupted with banging and loud foreign speech. The level of saftey is poor as well. Last week one of the apartments were robbed. Also, the locks on the doors arent to "stable." The maintenance staff are friendly; however, it takes a few times to get things fixed correctly. The office staff arent that friendly though. I wish you better luck than I....maybe I caught them in a "down" time.
