I've lived here over the past year and I really liked this place! I loved the location, the neighbors seemed nice enough, they have some people on the staff who are truly spectacular while some do leave a bit to be desired but still I liked the place. Liked it enough to not grumble as much as I could as we went through all the renovations. It was only going to make the place better, right' Well, one flat tire and a lot of inconveniences later, we're getting the $#%&ing boot! They are telling 23 families (as of right now), that when their lease is up, they have to move. No ifs, ands, or buts! It's not even "you can rent your apartment at a higher rent" but "You have to move!" How $#!tty is that!' Right now I'm in the middle of planning a wedding for the end of the summer and getting a new business off the ground and now I have to find another place to live. Thanks Equity! "Making Life Easy" is their motto. What a joke!
