I've lived at Waterside on and off for over four years, the management has always been professional and helpful. The location is wonderful! The price is right, the apartments are all updated with new siding, rooves, hvac, windows, patio doors...etc. One minor complaint, it does need the trash removed more often, but it has also been improvement on this. Stop whining, the place is great...I recommend to all of my friends...some of them have moved and and become my neighbors, they love it too!

Wow...you must be able to tolerate a lot. I don't live at Waterside anymore; and there's good reason. The trash situtation is unbelievable. Not to mention, since they're doing renovations on the apartments, portable toilets line the parking lot. With all the beatiful apartment complexes in Northern Virginia, I don't understand why someone would pick to live here. Unfortunately, I made the mistake. If you like seeing garbage and porta potties from your balcony I guess this is the place to be!

I agree with the original poster, this place has been very good to me. And I've seen improvement with the trash issues. Some of the trash issue though is people being lazy and not throwing it in a perfectly empty and just letting it pile up in the doorway to the trash area. And, the portapotties have been gone for a while. They are portable and thus were removed once the construction was over. I still have a BEAUTIFUL apartment, with a great view of a wooded area, and a lake. Also, this is probably one of the quietest apartments I've ever lived in.

Anyone saying how great this place is takes WAY too many drugs to live in reality.
