I am not renewing my lease with Waterside. I can't believe the rent increase! I found a place in Manassas that is bigger with full size washers and dryers, a clubhouse, a gym, an aerobics room, a pool, walk in closets, I could go on trust me, for 300 dollars less than what I'm paying now.
The staff is nice, but they don't try to solve any issues. My car was vandalized once, and all they could say was, "Oh really'" I don't feel safe here anymore, and I'm tired of tiptoeing through my appt. because you can hear everything above you and beside you.
I hope this review helps someone. I wish I would of learned about this site prior to moving in.
