From the outside one thing, from the inside (not a model unit)
another. The landscapers are out trimming, hedging, making the grounds
neat. Gotta love the convenient location to the airport, shopping and
the Town Center. For all of that you'd see the rent prices, and could
understand. But wait, was that the Orkin Man' Yes, I cannot believe
the price of the rent to have roaches. Very bad not to be able to have
company due to roaches and dead carcasses. The apartment is old and creaky,
with thin walls and bad plumbing. Sometimes you can smell the
neighbors food and/or cigarette smoke. The maintenance guys are
prompt, office staff is nice, but slick if you don't read the fine
print. Cons definitely outweigh the pros here and I would not
recommend anyone to sign a lease here.
Oh yeah, one more thing, they are remodeling, but how are you going to
remodel OVER the roach nests and eggs''' So of course that would leave
you with a nice remodeled apartment with roaches! Hope this was enough
treasure for your apartment chest about Waterside.
I've lived at Equity owned properties before and I wondered to myself, "This is the property Equity forgot they owned" 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Isn't having Orkin come out to treat bugs a good sign that their paying attention to an issue? I had silver fish for almost 3 months before I told the office. After that,Orkin has come out every so often to prevent them from coming back. For now, my apartment is clean and bug free.
Yes, my apartment is a little older then the rest of the area. But everything works. After seeing prices for some of the renovated apartments in the area, I decided I was happy to have something older with decent service to make sure it works.
Is Waterside the best? I don't know. But I have enjoyed my stay here, and as long as things conitinue the way their going, I hope I can continue to stay here.

First off, you can find silverfish anywhere, provided you look hard enough. Nowhere did I mention silverfish or any other sort of pest. If you scroll up, I am referring to disease carrying ROACHES. Orkin only came out to treat the roach problem ONCE and there was no reduction in the problem, and no follow ups either. I am sure people spend too much time at work, working very hard. Why would you want to continue to put that kind of hard earned money into an apartment with roaches? I know after a long hard day of stress and dealing with work, the last thing I would want to see is a handful of roaches dead or alive in the kitchen as I prepare to cook and eat. If you are going to spend $1,200-$1,600 a month on rent, you should be able to live and eat in your kitchen without having to double check everything first to avoid either a sickening or embarrassing situation. Imagine, going to work and having a roach crawl out of your coat or lunch bag in a visible location.... Sorry the economy is messed up and the rentals are low, but you really shouldn't lie to the people about what's really going on. All no and a few yes. Hmm... I guess office staff needs work too.... but not off my money!
