The management staff is amazing! Maureen, Robert, and Megan are so responsive and easy to work with. When there was an issue with a pipe bursting when I was out of town, they kept me informed, immediately took measures to take care of the issue, quickly resolved the problem, and made sure there was minimal impact on me (including saving my items from water damage). The maintenance crew has been great and always handles my requests with care and they are so quick! I love the friendly staff, I've been so happy since I've lived there and have had no major issues. In fact, I'm upgrading to a larger apartment - a new eco-friendly one - just across the parking lot. The lake, walking paths, and proximity to Reston Town Center make the location ideal. I used to live in the apartment complex next door, and I find I get much more value, convenience, and space for my dollars. I highly recommend this complex for busy professionals that like the quiet, access to the high technology corridor, and great shopping, restaurants, and festivals close by. Two thumbs up!
