Cheap Apartments in Good Location We lived at the Sycamores for the last two years. Our shower was broken for 16 of those months. Insulation is bad. You hear every noise from your neighbor. Recently noticed more hoodlums moving in who are smoking drugs in the stairwells at night. Expect huge rent

Your car is not safe here My car has been hit and run twice in this community parking lot. There are some jack******** visiting and staying in their friends house. They hit and run away. You can't catch them, because of poor lights in parking facilities.

rating waterside I just renewed for another year. I love the area. I have nice neighbors. My apt seems insulated well from the outdoor noise. Maintenance has been prompt and courteous. A gym on site would be nice. Office staff are friendly and helpful.
