I have rented at 1005 Grove Ave for the past 4 years and I'm sad to leave. I have loved living in this apartment building, which is very convenient to VCU campus. Not only is it right on the VCU campus, this is a secure building to live in because the 2 main doors of the building both have a security code box to get in, so I always felt safe! It was also nice and convenient to have a laundry room in the basement of the building. Many of my college friends are always complaining because they have to go out and find a place to do their laundry.

Also, one of my neighbors in this apartment building ended up becoming one of my best friends and she lived in the building for two years. We both just graduated this summer and now it's time to leave.

I would also like to point out that Landmark is a great management company, and I never had any problems with them. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, I would call the office and the maintenance guy would be out there right away!

I highly recommend renting at 1005 Grove Ave!!
