I lived at 17th Street Lofts for over 2 years and have had minimal issues/problems with the apartment, building, or leasing company during my time here. The property manager, Beth Beasley, is very responsible and takes good care of her tenants. The apartments are well appointed, granite, stainless steel, wood floors. The utilities are included so no bills to pay, which is very convenient. Again, I think this building is great and I will miss it there. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
