If you don't mind a lullaby of gun fire at night, River Towers is your top choice for Richmond apartments. It is conveniently located near the worst trailer park in town, miles from a grocery store that is safe and stocked, and has plenty of homeless psychotics walking everywhere. If you stand at the bus stop, you will meet a lady who is convinced that everyone is out to get her. If you sit by the pool, you will be greeted by a lady who is affectionately known as "Leather Face" for her relentless sun worship. The cockroaches crawl the walls and answer the phones. Maintence people come quickly but have no solution to your problem at hand. (i.e., they couldn't figure out why my oven broiler kept catching on fire). The neighborhood kids liked our pool. Good points: the skyline at night and the circus train parks below you on the tracks when in town.
