I lived at River Towers for a year and really loved the location being I worked in Downtown.....right across the river. The place has real nice river and city views....try to get a unit on the 5th floor or higher though for the better view....even if you dont have a good view....they have a "skydeck" on the roof residents can go....and there is almost never anyone up there so chances are it will be to yourself!! The leasing and maint. staff was always very friendly and helpful....parking is free in 2 of its 3 lots but you will end up parking on the street if its after 6pm or so....it cost only $25/ month for the gated lot, which is nice having your reserved spot where nobody can mess with your vehicle...the area is okay, although i would not recommend going down to the river alone after dark....i did feel safe though...be sure to buy a fan or two since the ac is not turned on until april, and if it breaks down in the summer they come in handy....the heat was real good in the winter.........i probalby would have stayed there had i not moved out of state...but i did enjoy!!!
