I've lived in River Towers Apartments now for coming on 3 years. I love it! There is a great community atmosphere that I enjoy quite a bit, maintenance requests are filled in a reasonable amount of time, and there is a desk clerk sitting at the front desk when the office is closed so I know everything's always getting taken care of. The leasing office staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Every now and then, out of curiosity, I look at living to another apartment community (I adore moving and setting up a new apartment) but haven't found a nice place that I would want to live with prices as good as here. Very few other places have all utilities included as RT does - at least your necessary utilities such as water, electricity and so forth. You do have to pay for your phone, internet and cable - but that's not that bad. Every time I look at other places I am struck by how much more I'd have to pay for a one bedroom and realize that I am perfectly happy where I am - too many perks about living here. Not too mention the fact that I live no more than 10 minutes from Downtown Richmond - less than that too where I work - with a grocery store and Target and Blockbuster not too far away.

All in all, I would say that River Towers has been a great place to live and I'll probably be here for a few more years to come. I would recommend it to anyone.
