I lived at the Towers a few years ago on the 2nd floor for a short period of time. A couple really bad things happened. 1st, the garbage shoot got clogged and the whole floor smelled contaminated, I had to stay somewhere else a couple nights. The smell lasted 2 weeks. The staff was not worried about it. Shortly after that, I had brown water. Sometimes it was a little murky and other times it was definitely a solid brown/fecal matter color. 2 months later my apartment flooded because a maintenance man was clumsy. Again, I was displaced. The kitchen, living room, and my bedroom were flooded. I told the staff that I could no longer live there because of the poor service and health risks, they were not apologetic but they did let me out my lease. They never did fix the brown water, I would get so mad I would fill glasses with it and put it on the desks in the office, they would be grossed out and I would say, "Now imagine if that was coming out of your sink and shower." I had to move back to my Dad's house until I found another place.
