I started out in a 2 bedroom, and after my roommate decided to not renew the lease, i moved to a studio. The location was convenient, the views were awesome. The safety was NOT.

My car was stolen 3 times in the course of a year. No, I am not exageratting. luckily it was only for a joy ride and i got it back each time. If you dont pay extra for a reserved space, you are flat out of luck.

Their studios are WAY overpriced. The maintence were rather crappy, and the manager was substandard. She had her favorite residents and if you complained too much, she would stop give you the happy smiling how are you face.

the airconditioning would always cut off during a lightening storm. not pleasant in july heat!!!!
