I lived at RT for a couple years and left last spring when my job changed.
I am now moving back to Richmond, but with a fiance that is scared of hieghts.
If he wasnt scared, I'd move back in in a minute. I cant believe what others are saying about the staff. Sure the bldg. is older, but the staff has always been great. Barbara retired and since then the company has had some turn over, but everyone has been wonderful. If you want to live downtown, but dont want the hassles with the traffic noise and want to be on the river, this community is for YOU!

If you moved then you don't know how the staff is...This place is a hole!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have personally had a great experience with the staff! They have tried to accomodate all of my needs and gone above and beyond my expectations. One of the staff members even offered to help me hang up curtains and stayed with the Cable company to make sure I had service while I was at work. The other residents of this community are very nice and I have been able to meet a lot of people at the Halloween Party that the Leasing Staff hosted. I would recommend River Towers to anybody looking for a beautiful view and a great place to live!

Guess what... staff has changed numerous times since your review... The property manager bullies the tenants, many of whom are VCU foreign students with limited knowledge of English and even less knowledge of their rights and the law in Virginia.
