This is the place to live in the city of Richmond! I have an incredible view of the downtown sky-line, conveniant and easy access to the James River Park system, a beautiful pool and not to mention the some of the finest single women in the city of Richmond live here. The grounds are always meticulously maintained. Maintenance of my apartment has always been done in a timely fashion with attention to detail and a desire to get the job done right the first time. The staff in the leasing office is always friendly and seem to hold my concerns in the highest regard. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to live here. GOOD JOB 2000 RIVERSIDE STAFF!!!!!

If you lived on the west side of the building, there is no view... Your rent is based on the floor and the view... They do not allow pets in the pool area so why are there so many "dogs" there... and maintenance stinks. Guess you never saw the maintenance staff spray-painting the ceiling tiles in the lobby each morning to hide the water marks from all the leaks.
