Old building with lots of maintenance problems. Things are always breaking... Common areas were always dirty... Hall carpet on my floor was so dirty I think they had to replace it. Almost anyone can get an apartment here... I was offered drugs in the parking lot... Property manager is complete phoney... can not trust her! She should be inspecting the building daily instead of bossing people around. I have seen some of the reviews and I guess it depends on what you are use to - but I am certainly use to something better than Riverside. There are many better places to live and I have moved!
