The location of this unit is wonderful. Within walking distance of many great spots. However, the landlord is an absolute nut. E.S., as I will refer to her, should not be allowed to rent an apartment until she reads the landlord/tenant act. She frequently does sporatic things without any mention to the tenants (i.e. maintenance, apt. showings, etc). She also does not maintain the residence. The old addage, "rent and run down" couldn't be more true here. I wouldn't live under her rule ever again. New landlord and the place is a wonderful opportunity. Hope this helps.
