Dont rent these apartments. They are over run with roaches and management doesnt care. The walls are cracked and ceilings falling and furnace always breaking down. The off ice does not care. Maintenance will come out look at the problem and say oh well, i will be back later and they never come back. I know I went without heat for a week. Dont rent from these money grabbing so sos, they dont care about you just your money.

We have kept quiet long enough. We must respond to these remarks. How do you get roaches in an aparmtent? The landlord does not go and put them there. We personally lived down the block from this rental and never had bugs in the 13 yrs we lived there. However, if you leave your food out, your garbage not thrown in outside pails, the animal food out in bowls and never clean - that is the way to get bugs. We have a procedure for baiting for bugs and we will do it in each apartment in the whole building once someone gives us a maintenance request, but if the tenants continue their dirty ways, the bugs just keep coming back. We wish we could show you the move out report and payment history on these tenants that complain about us because we have found that when people cannot follow the rules it is across the board for everything.
