the apartments have one big bedroom, hallway, bath with clawfoot tub, and two equally sized middle rooms. the kitchen is a pretty good size, new cabinets, etc. there are no utilities included in the rent <$625/mo>, which i find to be the biggest drawback- $200 dollar city bills every month! but, the apartment is pretty nice, mine doesnt have a caving ceilings or cracks in the walls like the other review said. my front balcony, however, has parts on the floor that feel a little old and "sinky". The back courtyard is big for the fan, and all fenced in if you have a dog. there are lots of closets and a nice kitchen pantry. i will say that when i moved in during the summer there was a bad roach problem. the mason brothers put the building on a weekly extermination schedule- they placed bait wherever requested, and that combined with many cans of raid and roach killing baric acid powder around the baseboards and there were no more roaches. it definately sucked to move in and be surprised to find tons of little roommates, but in 2 weeks they were gone and i have not seen any since. anyway, the apartments are not nearly as bad as the other 2 reviews say. i like it, though i am moving out because i need a place with utilities included. if there were utilities included in the rent i would definately stay.
